pre-nursery Pro
Our PreNursery section is designed to lay a solid foundation for children aged 18 months to 3+. The school is a specially prepared Montessori environment and is regarded as one of the best Montessori schools in Delta, due to its qualified teachers and child-centred facilities. When you enrol your child in our preschool, he or she will experience an adapted form of the Montessori method of education, which enables children to achieve their full potential. The Elementary Section of Greensprings School runs the International Primary Curriculum (IPC). The curriculum is child-centred, teacher-friendly—and it is used mostly by the best primary schools in Lagos and Nigeria. The curriculum enables your child to take responsibility for his or her learning by being involved in activities such as planning, researching, recording, and interacting with teachers and other students. The IPC focuses on developing children’s learning through a structure that is based on learning goals, and these goals include subject goals, personal learning goals, and international learning goals.
junior/SENIOR Secondary
he entry-level class in our Secondary School is thorough, and in the first three years, our students are introduced to more advanced studies in English, Mathematics, and Sciences. At the end of the three years, our students sit for the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE). As one of the best secondary schools in Delta, our students have to undergo series mock Examination, because it helps us to understand their strengths and weaknesses – in preparation for the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) exam. After the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) our students spend the next two years preparing for the SSCE exam. Therefore, by enrolling your child in our Secondary School, he or she will spend five (6) years, building on the foundation set at the elementary level.
